5 km from Assisi, in a wonderful location on the hill, among majestic trees, olive groves and vineyards, surrounded by the peaceful Umbrian countryside and in a central position as regards the main tourist and culture heritage towns of the region, the holiday house "La Pergola" is ideal for those who wish for a wellness break for body and spirit.
The house overlooks a park with swimming pool and other free-time facilities, as alfresco dining and barbecuing courtyards, childrens playground it has a big private parking area and is accessible to disabled people. Small pets are allowed. La Pergola has a reception hall at its guests disposal in the common area with a fireplace, armchairs for relaxing, reading area, satellite TV and a shared laundry room.
The 4 flats of La Pergola - of different measurements - were built in full respect of the formal and typological elements of the Umbrian tradition they are all well-lit, panoramic, tastefully furnished and with all the comforts (cooking area with fridge, independent central heating, air conditioning, colour TV and internal telephone). Two of them are two-roomed and provided to accommodate disabled people. Each flat is named after a flower of our countryside (Malva: mallow Menta: mint Ginestra: broom Narciso: narcissus), whose colours live in the walls with a beneficial peaceful effect.
MINT is the biggest of our flats, of about 60 m², and can accommodate 4 (+4) persons in a roomy living room, 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed), a little kitchen, a comfortable bathroom with shower/tub. Adjoining the living room is a private terrace. It is provided with heating, air conditioning, TV and internal telephone; it’s very well-lit and has a panoramic view. Independent entrance.
MALLOW of about 45 m² is composed of a living room with cooking area and two bedrooms with 4(+1) beds, a bathroom with shower and a big terrace with a panoramic view. It is provided with heating, air conditioning, TV and internal telephone. Independent entrance.
NARCISSUS and BROOM are two-roomed flats of about 35 m², are composed of a living room with cooking area and a bedroom for 2 (+1) persons and a bathroom with shower. They have an independent entrance and are structured and furnished to receive disable guests as well. They are provided with heating, TV, internal telephone. They overlook a large piece of land with olives and other fruit trees and a vineyard.
